by the way... A and I tend to do a lot of IF and Paleo stuff and it works really well. It might fit in well with what you are considering for the french. A can talk about all the science and details with you all you have to do is ask.. he is obsessive about the stuff ;)

I thought the pictures were funny till I hit the fruits section. Comparing the sugar in fruit to table sugar is dangerously misleading. It's along the lines of suggesting that vinegar and hydrofloric acid are the same things because they both react with baking soda.
