Dry aged steaks with blackberry cream sauce
Baked potatoes with creme fraiche.
Ename Belgian Triple beer.
Two cloves garlic, minced.
1/2 cup black berries
1 tbl butter
3 tbl creme fraiche.
1/4c heavy cream
Sautee minced garlic in butter.
Add blackberries and mash.
Add creme fraiche and stir.
Let simmer for 5 minutes.
Add cream, stir and let simmer 5 minutes.
Add sugar and salt to taste and let simmer covered for 15 minutes.
I simply seared the steaks.
I'm going to go eat now. They rested for 10 minutes after cooking because that's all I could take.
