The weight increase was muscle gain. I dropped weight on the stacks which was a nice little surprise.
And my gym pants keep falling down around the house.
Bare butt o'clock.
Still a little blah today. But I made awesome BBQ sauce for chopped pork tonight. And I even had room (calorie-wise) for a little carrot cake.
Tomorrow? Day of meetings to begin the week of deadline. Meh.
