Oh no, not good. Amazon.com releases iPhone application: buy anything you photograph.

The tool lets users take a photograph of any product they see in the real world. The photos are then uploaded to Amazon and turned over to the far-flung freelance workers in Amazon’s Mechanical Turk program, who will try to match them with products for sale on Amazon.com.

Buy faster, America.

Too slow!

You're not going to paris!!!

I want an application that I can just feed my account numbers into and it will give me happiness. I don't want to spend my own money ever again.

Where's my iCrack?

You can give me your account numbers and I can randomly send you happiness. I promise not to disappear to Paris.

I think I want that job. Just trying to figure out what people photographed and then how they can buy it? Amusing!

Damn, now that's a cool app idea. Although I'd be more enthralled if it had AI matching... maybe if they get enough humans to match stuff, they can start training a computer system.
