Things! - Portrait of a Young Man as The Artist — LiveJournal
Dinner: Potato and Egg curry. I got to make fresh masala - cumin, coriander, cinnamon, clove, pepper, nutmeg - roasted on the stove. Mmm.. so good. Pureeing onions is kinda evil on the eyes though. But, so very worth it.

Also, lady_fox made dough so we had fresh puri (fry bread) to eat with it. Nom nom nom.

Running: in news of awesome, I shaved (hacked?) 7 MINUTES off my 5 mile time. I didn't try to run the whole way through, rather walked half a lap roughly ever mile and a half. The shaved time even includes some time taken to stretch a cramping shin muscle.

Totally need warm running clothes. The track is friggin dull.

That sounds like a damn fine dinnertime.

I need warm gym clothes too. I was just realizing the other day that I'm super insufficient on anything at all to take a long walk out in the cold in.

I had some wonderful amounts of fried onions too.
Though I took two onions, each about the size of cantelope, and put the chucked and sliced into the cast iron pot. fry, simmer, then into the huge pot of soup....
sigh.. autumn brings us to the warm foods.
