Being as waffles are just a conveyance for syrup, if all you have is substandard Wisconsin syrup, I don't *want* any. *hmph*

and your Wisconsin maple syrup ain't got nothing on our Montreal maple syrup...

It's surprisingly good. Keeps them very fluffy from the CO2. They were the waffle vatar for me.
