Weird Angle reject

Driving me crazy! By my own rules, only one shot a day per project I'm holding. I took a number of good shots last Sunday I've been wanting to post. But, what with the weird angle project and the Dear Diary series, I've had no time to edit other photos and still, you know, EAT.

So, there as an earthquake this morning? i wonder of that was the weird thing that woke me up last night. I assumed it was cats.

Do cat owners wake less through earthquakes?

Lists! Because I have lots of stupid, useless things to say
  • Hit the deadline OK but had to wrestle with one application.
  • Giant Soy Latte
  • I've been thinking about Yoga a lot the last few days...
  • Yay house viewings tomorrow!!
  • Yay Farmer's Market tomorrow!!!!!!
  • Exclamation point.
  • Productivity presenter today. I'm looking forward to it.
  • I'm in Verona for the day. The office door is red.
  • It's a two mile distance from potential house site to Verona campus. A nice walk and short ride. :D
  • I can has slack day?

My dog woke me up at the same time as the earthquake. I didn't think anything of it until I started noticing a bunch of people mention the earthquake and what time it was. Precisely the same time. Weird.

Oh, no. Michigan. That's far 'way.

    It's closer than Ohio! ;)

I'm in the very SW corner of Michigan, squished next to Illinois and Indiana.

Oh! I bet you're really close to my favorite sand dunes!

Would you be referring to Michigan City? :)

    Re: yay yoga!

It was some apartment complex in downtown Madison.

I've wanted to do yoga for a while but never think to go to the classes at the gym. My previous experiences with it is pretty bad though. Boring. I just really need the flexibility.

i love it. you should go to kundalini yoga; it's my favorite. haha. there are a lot of different kinds, though, so it all depends on what you're after.

    Re: yay yoga!

I go to Kundalini! Monday nights at Main St. Yoga. Fantastic class. Probably too far east for ABM but I agree that the style is very good.

Thanks for posting the picture of me! :) I like it.

    Re: yay yoga!

About 2 years, although I sometimes skip a week if I'm going to be super-busy that week... I like the movement, I like the chants, I like that you don't have to have the form "just right".

There was a "powerflow yoga" at the UW that I used to go to, which incorporated a lot of Pilates-type moves with yoga -- that was good too; quite a workout! But I like the holistic aspect of Kundalini a lot.

Oh if you're on the verona campus, I wouldn't mind meeting up for lunch at their crazy ass cafeteria.
