Tuesdays I have the house to myself. It is joyful however I did absolutely nothing productive last night. Nor the night before. So many things I want to do and no drive to do anything - this is including the sizable amount of things I should be doing at work.

I think I freeze in Winter. A lack of sun hits me pretty hard; I lose time. People should be active with the sun and when I'm arriving and leaving work before/after the sun, it gets pretty rough. All I want to do is sleep. Sleeeep. Sleeeeeeeeeep.

I'm tempted to cut my sleep schedule down in spite. Or maybe find something active to do everyday besides going to the gym. I want to take Muay Boran (Ancient Muay) classes - it's the traditional style of Muay Thai. For those of you that saw Ong Bak, Tony Jaa's character was learning Muay Boran. It is a slower, less competition oriented style that emphasizes the spirituality and form of Muay fighting. This interests me far more than sparring and competing. I hate that any and all Muay classes try to get you in the ring. And of course, no one teaches this version in Madison. No fair.

I'm starting to miss Kali and JKD again. Now I just need to get my old teacher to move to Madison. That's just creating more walls, isn't it? Another boundary.

The first hit on a Google map search for "martial arts madison, wi" is a rape Crisis Center.
