Wow... yeah, that's the pose lady_fox and I sleep in nearly exactly.

Intense weekend. Some very good things happened and many things undecided. Suffice to say that I am important to both my relationships and that is important to me.

I'm convinced that my weight is fine after a conversation with aetrix9 but my skin is slow to respond. She pointed out such things as my hips stick out and my arms are well defined. I recalled that my chest seemed to magically increase in size after two weeks of NOT working those muscles. So, yeah. I'm don't think I can rightly think I'm fat anymore but that my skin is just saggy, as gross as that is. But, dropping 60+ pounds of fat in a year will do that to you.

Just wish it would hurry the fuck up and retract, damn it.

Confidential to lady_fox: Don't forget the Epic dinner Friday night.

"I recalled that my chest seemed to magically increase in size after two weeks of NOT working those muscles."

Plateauing. Sometimes after a few months of working out a specific muscle group, gains / changes become less noticeable, esp if there hasn't been any significant period of rest. A break from exercise can often stimulate growth by itself, and prepare the body for futher conditioning.

But you already knew that, honky.

I did. I was more remarking on the noticable changes.

I wish that were only the case. Whn I don't haev my glasses on my skin looks nothing like it actually does. I hate my skin and it hates me. I don't think I'm allowed to retaliate though.

Where's that guy's other arm? And doesn't her right arm get owey being all up and folded in on itself? And were do babies come from?
abmann From: abmann Date: April 24th, 2006 03:34 pm (UTC) (Link)
See, that "second arm" prioblem really doesn't affect me much. I am the ideal cuddle partner. :) And you'd have to ask her if it hurts. I sleep like tat most nights with no ill effect.

Babies certainly don't come from me.

Damn you Ringland and your super-human cuddle abilities!

I was trying to figure that out also.. I think it looks like that's what the line to the left of his shoulder is, even though it doesn't really make sense that you can't tell where his elbow is. I'm guessing his arm is bent down and his hand is under her shoulder blade. I know the girls I've slept with would definitely not be happy about the hand under the shoulder blade.

That's my favorite position for sleeping too. Unfortunately, Lex usually wants her legs to be together.

...
I don't think that was very confidential...

But silly. Silly is better.

Like I said last time you reminded me, it's on my 30 boxes... it's fine. :)

*hugs* I don't recall sleeping like that much... We spoon a lot more often...
abmann From: abmann Date: April 24th, 2006 07:43 pm (UTC) (Link)
This is how we usually start. Invariable it leads to complaints about cold toes.
We don't hook our legs like that as often.

Ah... yes. I apparently don't remember this part because I'm too sleepy... :)

*hugs*

the sad truth

is that your skin will only do so much retracting and the only way to really fix the sag is to have surgery. but you probably knew that. bummer.

Re: the sad truth

Lalala! I'm not listening.
I'm holding hope. We'll see where I am in a few years and have saved oodles for cosmetic surgery. :P
