I need to intake significantly more calories to build muscle mass - lean or otherwise.
On an average day, where I don't succumb to carb-frenzy, I get about 1200 calories.
I've bought protein bars to add some protein and a few calories...
so that adds about 400 calories, if I eat two a day between meals.
That leaves me needing about 300 more or so to build muscle mass.
Never expected this would be a problem.
