exercise - FAT

(no subject)

Ok, back to life right? We're unpacked.. mostly. I forgot about the bin of bathroom stuff. Vitamins. Band-aids. Desperately need some organizational system to hand that stuff. Or maybe throw out all the junk. :) And the surround-sound system isn't up yet as next week Fox's mom is bringing us a wall mount for our TV which would require repositioning all the speakers. So, best to just wait and only run wires once.

Which reminds me, I should consider adding a sports package to our Dish Network account for Thanksgiving.

The house is starting to feel like home. I'm rather enjoying setting it up and I'm even happy cleaning it and keeping things tidy. I'm rather looking forward to installing a new light fixture tomorrow too before the dining room set arrives.

BUT. now it is time to stop neglecting things I have been neglecting, like diet and exercise. We've been using the lack of complete kitchen and all the unpacking to eat rather poorly essentially since returning from France. Further, I've only been to the gym maybe three times since then. I feel like I"'ve gained a noticeable amount of weight.

Well. Screw that, yo. NO MORE. Time to wean myself off the sugar and bad carbs again. Time to get to running again - and I need to refill my inhaler - and set sites on superhealthyness.

New house. New life.
My mother would be so proud.

to do:
1. Burn body fat.
2. ????
3. Profit!

Also: it may be warm enough to lounge on the deck this weekend. yay!!!

Question! Do you, when buying minor accessories for your house or apartment, consider its style and if it will fit with other things in the room?
If so, would you buy the more expensive version of something because it fit better?
