exercise - Running

Um... tactical bacon?
Best when used with a food bong.

I've decided to run every day for a week, at least 3 miles, to see if I can break this slump. I'm hoping to up to 5 miles by next Wednesday. Yesterday's run was nice. I can run without falling over on a treadmill with the Vibram shoes.
