Cthulhu Joyce

The best darn coleslaw I've eaten


Very easy too.

Slice cabbage thin - I used 1 whole napa
Sprinkle liberally with salt and set aside to drain for three hours.

Rinse briefly afterward.

Dressing:
.5c butter milk
2 fl oz plain yogurt
3 fl oz mayonnaise
.25 minced onion
.5 minced shallot
1 tablespoon pickle juice
1 teaspoon ground mustard seed
1 dash worcestershire
Salt and pepper to taste

Toss cabbage in dressing to coat. Garnish with a touch of bacon if you lean that way. :)

PS: Surprisingly difficult for me to hold the fork of food up and focus and photograph at the same time.
