It's a wampum bead. I received that in South Dakota when a friend of mine was dancing the Sun Dance his last year - you commit for 4 years. I was part of his support crew.

Its another story to be written and moment in my life to be codified.

Not actually a quote, just inspired by it.. King's full quote is
