On Leadership

I'm writing a review for a team member. They're always interesting, reviews. I get swept up in language as I get really into it.
Discussing their leadership talents where I express some room for improvement:

I venture to say you are, though, reluctant to lead outside of the application. Part, I think, is your desire to do it right from the start and you think you’re too new to adequately do so. Sometimes, however, you have to jump off the really tall cliff to find the strength of your wings. Age doesn’t dictate quality of a leader; And it is something that you Are intrinsically rather than something you have Learned recently. You can do more and I so challenge you.

This is also why it takes me so damn long to finish them.
