Soot: Controlling atmospheric soot could fix 100 years of global warming trends in months.
Interesting article. If true, I suspect it would cripple if not entirely destroy any useful, long term legislative or commercial changes instigated in the last few years.

I'm sleeping terribly. This likely because I haven't gotten any real exercise since Sunday. Late work nights. Bacon whiskey. Stress.

The bacon whiskey, by the way, is a hit. straight from the bottle, it is harsh and super smoky. But, once you let it aerate and warm - you have to keep it refrigerated because of the fat solids that remain could spoil - it becomes a meaty, thick and rather rich drink not unlike a great Belgian style beer but with the sweet and peaty-ness from the base alcohol. I could see this working exceedingly well with a long-aged scotch. I also think it would be terrible in a vodka straight but good as a martini mixer.

Work, otherwise, is fine. I'm not really stressed just busy. I worked just under 12 hours Wednesday's mostly because I was so close to finishing something and wanted to do so.. until I uncovered a flaw that required a re-write of the entire enhancement. And then I was a sad panda... sorta.

So, let me summarize this very tricky entry...
Soot = FAIL
Not Running = FAIL
No Sleep = FAIL
Flaws in code = FWAINL?
Bacon whiskey = WIN
