I'm really liking vegetables for breakfast. They are healthy, low GI and super-portable in their raw form which is great for everyone involved. It is also a great way to ensure we actually eat everything we get in our CSA. Now.. how good are raw turnips?
Good weekend. BBQ, my Dad visited, saw Inception (quite good but not great) and watched a bunch of awesome flicks (all three Transporter movies) purchased at Maxwell Street Days with lady_fox and moocowrich.
I didn't, however, run at all. I'm lacking any motivation when it is still super hot, I have been sleeping poorly and am still exactly the same weight I was three months ago, running slowly and have no obvious increase in endurance. I don't know why I'm bothering still.
I have seven hours of meetings scheduled today. Hooray.
Lastly - totally rick-rolled my QA team in an email.
