I'm having a nice day right now. Coffee this morning was successful with a few people in attendance. I read a bunch more of The Happiness Project, ate more oxtail stew, nd repaired a pair of shoes all while annoying the cats just enough that they haven't scratched me today.
I'm a big fan of bananas though I'm not supposed to eat them in the current GI eating structure - they're slightly high on it to be eaten while trying to reduce weight.
But. I find it hard to begrudge myself eating whole fruit, something I didn't do before changing my habits. So, we'll see if it impinges on any weight loss.
What? Don't you play with your food?
