ROBOBANANA!


Met with my new team member today. I like her. She's eager and already demonstrated that she can take very large obstacles and break them into manageable steps. Good sign.

SO! I have a dilemma that does NOT involve the robobanana at left. A team member just left the company and has vacated a larger-than mine office WITH a window. I have team members with more seniority on my team then me. There are also very good, long-lived developers in offices without windows. WHAT SHOULD I DO??




Should I....

Take the window office. You're a manager and good at your job.

I don't think you deserve the office because you can't use the correct version of 'your'. (item 4). Your Mom, not You're Mom.

Because you lack the ability of using proper grammar you are qualified to be a jerky manager and take the office. Go for it!
