Have I mentioned how much I like my job?
I just had a conversation with the guy who is effectively my boss' boss' boss about clothing. We was in the Kitchen making popcorn, I was washing my mug. I commented on his shirt which was nifty and noted how "it was not, for once, a Hawaiian shirt." He said that he'd wear a Hawaiian shirt were they made with long sleeves. I then poked fun at him for not having the initiative to make one himself.

Much fun.

Good times.

My job = very cool. AND it's pay day.

EDIT: Sigh. I've paid $3581.56 in taxes this last six months here. I hope I get a good refund.

Thank you sir

However: "I then poked fun at him for not having the initiative to make onehimself."

I believe you need a space there, soldier!

Re: Thank you sir

Yeah, sure. Make excuses all you want.

I still revel in the fact that all the fun we've had at your grammar skills has made you the Grammar Police.

I do believe that madolan should look at this and reconsider her dislike of me.

Re: Thank you sir

I love it. In fact, i've tried to stop thinking about my grammar so it stays dull. It's more fun for all of us.

And madolan? she's like one of those mother bear, she may look sweet and gentle, but mess with her family and she'll claw your face off. She's odd like that. She forgets i can fight my own battles if they need to be fought. She's still the protctive big sis. . . .

Re: Thank you sir

Eh. I understand and respect that, even if I want to smack her for being so silly and reactive in the wake of it all. I'm just confused why I bore the brunt when I wasn't the only one doing it. Maybe because I was so new to the whole thing? Probably that. I tend to come on strong when I find a group of people I like.

Eh. Her choice. I'm not going to force anything.

Didn't you have a show last night?

Re: Thank you sir

actually, i have shows tonight, thursday, friday, and saturday. Blech, lots to do. . .

I WORKED last night. It's odd. I forgot how it was being a productive member of society. great fun. Although, if/when i move back to madison, i expect all my epic connections to come through and get me a job.

:) I don't think we have any say if you get a job. I'll leave that to your sister to figure out.

Re: Thank you sir

The actual "break up" occurred in Adam's journal. I'd go fishing for it, but I don't really care.

Suffice it to see I was an ass, sort of and she over-reacted, a bit.

Re: Thank you sir

I'd call you a "Drama Whore," but I don't think that's a term really.... {Plus I get sick pleasure out of it too.. 'cept when it involves me.}

Eh. I get sick pleasure when it happens to me too.

Guess that makes me an attention whore.

Re: Thank you sir

No. That's not the "cataclysmic" moment itself, but probably fed it. This was the final straw, I believe. After weeks of keeping it cool I jokingly btuoght up something yuo mentioned in your own entry. That was the day I was unfriended.
